Siapa yang sudah ke Uncle Tetsu??

Sejak baru buka gerai di Palembang bulan November 2017 lalu saya baru nyobain sekarang. Dulu antriannya mengular bo'! Saya nggak sanggup ikutan ngantri berjam-jam di sana (dan memang jarang juga main ke Palembang Icon). Nah ini akhirnya bisa nyicipin (eh, itu juga dibeliin adikku sih 😝).

Dengan tidak bermaksud mempromosikan (karena saya nggak diendorse sama UT 😂 tapi kalo mau boleh laaah *ngarep ada orang UT yang baca*) ini cake lembutnya kebangetan! Untuk rasa dan tekstur cake Uncle Tetsu memang juara. Meskipun saya lebih memilih memasukkan dulu cake ke dalam kulkas sebelum disantap (sesuai dengan instruksi adikku, dan memang jadinya lebih padat, tidak terlalu rapuh dan nyess ketika digigit) daripada dimakan hangat.

Dalam bentuk utuh sebelum dipotong, sedikit nggak rapi karena dibawa pulang naik kereta api dan ditumpuk sama makanan lain 🙈

Untuk varian, saya lebih suka chocolate daripada cheese cake. Kenapa? Menurut saya cheese cakenya manis dan gemuk. Memang sih rasanya ngeju banget, tapi makan sedikit aja sudah nggak sanggup diterusin. Sedangkan chocolate cake nya manisnya pas, dan ada sedikit rasa pahit dari bubuk cokelat and it's balancing, bikin nagih! Terus di dalam cakenya ada potongan-potongan cokelat. Saya masih mikir kok bisa ada potongan coklat batang di dalam cake selembut itu dan nggak bikin cake tersebut bantat/kempis, bahkan cokelatnya nggak meleleh! Well sepertinya itulah rahasianya.

By the way, ini adalah pertama kalinya saya nulis blog dengan menggunakan android. Agak ribet memang karena saya nggak pakai aplikasi blogger jadi harus zoom in-zoom out buat atur size dan lain-lain, tapi ya bisa sambil tiduran. Hahaha (biasanya kan di depan komputer, sekarang harus rebutan sama anak gadisku yang suka nonton nursery rhymes) dan baterai hp yang semalam udah dicharge langsung habis!
